Shipping policy

Everything about how your order gets from us to you — processing times, delivery windows, payment methods, and what happens if something goes wrong.

1. Order processing

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

You'll get a confirmation email immediately after ordering, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

2. Delivery

Standard shipping — free on every order, no minimum.

This is our only shipping option. There's no express tier and no paid upgrade — free standard is simply what we do.

3. Where we ship

All 50 US states and Washington, D.C.

We don't currently ship internationally, or to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Because every order stays within the United States, there are no customs fees, import duties, or brokerage charges on anything you buy from us.

4. Carriers and tracking

We ship with USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground, chosen per order based on destination and parcel size.

Your tracking number arrives by email at dispatch. You can also check status any time at Track Your Order.

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday.

5. If your order is delayed

Delivery windows are estimates. Carrier networks slow down in late November and December, and severe weather can add days.

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, email info@redbarnapparel.com with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.

6. How to order

1. Choose your size and color, then click Add to Bag
2. Click Checkout
3. Enter your shipping address — double-check the street number and ZIP
4. Choose your payment method
5. Review your order summary and place the order

7. Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

8. Changing or cancelling an order

Email info@redbarnapparel.com within 24 hours and we'll cancel or amend your order. After that it may already be packed — in which case wait for delivery and use our 30-day return process.

We can't change the shipping address once a parcel has been dispatched.

9. Address accuracy

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses cause delays and returns to sender.

If a parcel comes back to us because of an address error, we'll reship it free once you confirm the correct address. If a parcel is refused at delivery, we'll refund the order minus any carrier charges we incur.

10. Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or the parcel arrives damaged, email info@redbarnapparel.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll trace it with the carrier and either reship or refund. We don't ask you to fight the carrier yourself — that's our job.

11. Security

Checkout runs over SSL/TLS encryption and is processed by Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your full card number. Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

12. A few notes

• Multi-item orders may ship in more than one parcel with separate tracking numbers
• Processing and delivery may run slightly longer during holiday peaks
• We're not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruption, severe weather, or incorrect addresses
