When am I charged? Immediately when you place your order.
Do you store my card details? No. Card data goes directly to our payment processor. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay store your details on your own device or account, not with us.
My payment was declined — what now? Check the billing address matches your card statement exactly, then try again. If it keeps failing, contact your bank — declines are almost always issuer-side. Email info@redbarnapparel.com if you're stuck and we'll help.
